It's alive, but still needs a transfusion

One night when I couldn't sleep, and on a whim, I registered a domain and signed up to have GoDaddy host it. I then went back to bed because I felt I had accomplished something.

When I woke back up, I wondered why the heck I did that - it wasn't liberating, it meant I had to do a bunch of work now in getting a website up and running, and then maintaining it...

That means I can do one of two things - drop the site, not care about it, and live with my money lost, or work on getting things together and get it online.

Last week I decided on the latter. No, I wasn't busy enough at work or playing games on Facebook, I decided to run a website.

It's now alive, though it will need some TLC - a not the TV channel - to whip it into shape and provide lots of content in order to get people there. But, by some Dr. Frankenstein-ish type of miracle, it's alive.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to present to you my latest "child" - HalloweenEdmonton.com!
If you know anything that should be posted up there - events, tips, instructions for props or makeup, let me know so I can flesh it out even more. I'm also looking for others to help in the admin tasks, so if you are a halloweenie and have knowledge of Joomla, let me know as well.

Oh, and even if you don't, please visit my child - so it makes me feel that it has a purpose other than my own vanity, Thanks!

Visit www.halloweenedmonton.com now.
