A moment of Silence please

The world has lost another master.

It was a moment of silence for me this morning when I read that Marcel Marceau, the famous mime, passed away this weekend at the age of 84. Though he hasn't been in the spotlight recently, he has had an effect on many people covering many generations. Inspired by the slapstick comedy of Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin, his face lit up the eyes and imaginations of child and grandparent alike, including a young man named Michael Jackson who developed the Moonwalk when inspired by a skit involving Marcel Marceau walking against the wind.

May he rest in peace. And not try to break out of his invisible casket - that would be just creepy!
